Story

For a long time, Boyfriend has been fighting the terrifying Pibby disease, which has overpowered many enemies, and now he himself has been infected. No one in the FNF world can cure the disease as quickly as Boyfriend always does, so he decides to fight the disease alone, facing all his hallucinations in the song "Blue Balled".

But Boyfriend is not completely alone in this mod, he will meet Infected Pico and Skid and Pump, with whom he will fight the songs "Gun Shot" and "Last Spooktober". Sing along with the guy to overcome the terrible pain.

Modes
