Animation Vs. Friday Night Funkin’

Animation Vs. Friday Night Funkin’ is an innovative mod of the popular rhythm game Friday Night Funkin’ (FNF), combining Alan Becker’s iconic stickman universe (Animation vs Animator) with FNF’s vibrant rap battle mechanics. In this mod, the character Boyfriend (Bf) accidentally falls into Alan Becker’s Adobe Flash world and has to rap against famous stick figures such as The Chosen One, Green, King Orange, Blue, Yellow, and even Alan Becker or The Chicken from Minecraft.

Mod Story

The story begins when Orange – the sinister stick figure in Animation vs Animator – discovers the Friday Night Funkin’ game on Alan Becker’s computer. Not understanding how to play, Orange uses a hammer to smash the game, causing Boyfriend and Girlfriend (Gf) from FNF to fall into the Flash world. To protect Gf and prove his rap talent, Bf must confront the stick figures in creative rhythm battles.

Gameplay Details

Start the game and select the game mode:

• Open the Animation Vs. Friday Night Funkin’ mod.
• Select “Story Mode” to experience the storyline or “Freeplay” to practice songs and take on more challenges.

Join the rap battle weeks:

• Each week will have 6 rap battles with different characters.
• Listen to the melody and observe the arrows or signals on the screen.

Control the rhythm with the keys:

• Press the corresponding arrow keys when the signal reaches the correct position.
• When the “Danger” signal appears, press the Space bar quickly and accurately to avoid losing a life.

Tips to win:

• Concentrate highly to keep up with the rhythm, especially in fast or complex music.
• Use Freeplay mode to practice difficult songs before competing in Story Mode.
• Watch out for Danger signals and react quickly with the spacebar to maintain combo points.
• Keep a steady rhythm and don't miss any keys to get a high score and beat your opponents.
